Site content and third-party rights

Topy owns or licenses the Topy software, interface, branding, database selection and organization, and original editorial text. Channel names, logos, trademarks, broadcasts, schedules, and programs are owned by their respective third parties. Their appearance identifies a listing and does not imply endorsement.

Topy is a link directory

Topy does not upload or store channel video. Standard playback directs the viewer's browser to a stream URL published outside Topy's systems. We nevertheless take credible notices seriously and can remove a link, logo, screenshot, description, or full listing from the directory.

Submit a copyright or removal notice

Email [email protected] with the subject “Copyright or removal notice – Topy” and include:

• your legal name, organization, role, email address, and authority to act;
• the copyrighted work, trademark, broadcaster, or other right concerned;
• the exact Topy channel name and page or identifying information;
• the specific material or stream address to be corrected or removed;
• a concise explanation of the claimed infringement or unauthorized use;
• a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; and
• a statement that the notice is accurate, followed by your typed or electronic signature.

Do not send passwords, identity-document scans, or unrelated sensitive information. We may ask for enough additional information to verify the claim.

Review and response

We log credible notices, inspect the listing and available public information, and may disable disputed material while reviewing it. We can contact the submitter, source publisher, or account holder where appropriate. Confirmed problems are corrected or removed. Clearly fraudulent, incomplete, or abusive notices may be rejected.

Counter-notices and mistakes

If your authorized public stream or metadata was removed by mistake, use the same email address and explain your authority, the affected listing, and why restoration is appropriate. Restoration is discretionary and never overrides a valid legal restriction or credible rights-holder request.

Urgent safety or illegal-content reports

Use the channel report button for ordinary playback or labeling issues. For urgent illegal-content or safety concerns, email the address above with “Urgent” in the subject and identify the exact listing. This process is not legal advice and does not waive any rights or remedies.
