Acceptance and eligibility

By using Topy, you agree to these terms. The service is intended for a general audience capable of entering a binding agreement and is not directed to children under 13. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Directory service

Topy provides curated metadata, search, recommendations, verification context, and links to streams published by third parties. Topy does not promise that any channel is authorized in every jurisdiction, continuously available, accurate, safe, or suitable for you. Availability may depend on the source, location, device, and network.

Lawful use

You are responsible for complying with laws and third-party rights where you live. Do not use Topy to copy, rebroadcast, sell, download, circumvent access controls or geographic restrictions, infringe rights, attack the service, automate abusive requests, collect personal data, or misrepresent affiliation with Topy or a broadcaster.

Accounts and community features

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. Ratings, reviews, favorites, chat, and reports must reflect genuine use. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual or illegal material, personal information, spam, impersonation, deceptive links, copyright-infringing material, or content unrelated to the channel being watched. Community posts are public and are not private messages. We may rate-limit, hide, remove, preserve for investigation, or report content; mute, suspend, or terminate accounts; and reject false, malicious, repetitive, or automated submissions. Community ratings express viewer opinion and are not Topy editorial endorsements.

Intellectual property

Topy owns or licenses the site software, interface, selection, organization, original editorial text, and branding. Third-party channels, programs, logos, trademarks, and streams belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Removal and changes

Topy may edit, restrict, or remove a listing at any time, including after a user or rights-holder report. Features, limits, and these terms may change. Material updates will be posted with a revised date.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Topy disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party streams, content, schedules, outages, malware, or decisions based on listings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Governing law and contact
